Nathan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Banks Legal with over 20 years of legal experience, 15 of which have come from practicing law across the UAE/GCC region.
Nathan has broad experience across all aspects of corporate, commercial and business law. This is coupled with an extensive transactional history, acting on numerous acquisitions/dispositions for clients across various jurisdictions.
Prior to establishing Banks Legal in 2009, Nathan spent seven years working for top tier law firms in New Zealand. Nathan also worked for an international law firm in Dubai and following which, he was appointed as Senior Legal Counsel for a Government owned investment/development company.
As Founder and Managing Partner of Banks Legal, much of Nathan's work revolves around managing the firm's offices and practice at a regional level, engaging with client's and his team to ensure the delivery of quality cost effective service.
Amir is a Partner at Banks Legal with over 24 years of legal experience. He has practiced law in the UAE for the last 23 years.
He has vast experience advising on a range of matters including company establishment regulation, trademark registration, Labour law, criminal and civil litigation matters and general government liaison work.
Prior to joining Banks Legal, Amir worked in the Dubai Office of a prominent international law firm for 5 years. He also spent 15 years working for the Abu Dhabi Criminal Investigation Department.

Anshul is the Member of the Bar, New York State with a law degree from King's College London.
Anshul is experienced in real estate, construction, employment, intellectual property, commercial and dispute resolution areas of law. His expertise spans across the construction, and real estate sectors.
Prior to joining Banks Legal, Anshul spent six years working for prominent local law firms. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
