Darragh Walshe advises on all aspects of corporate & commercial and property law. He has extensive experience in company establishment across a number of jurisdictions, complex corporate restructuring and registration of property in Dubai. Darragh also has experience advising on major real estate developments as well as drafting and advising on property and general commercial documents.

Prior to joining Banks Legal, Darragh gained 3 years’ experience at a prominent Dubai-based conveyancing firm. During this time, Darragh became one of the first certified conveyancers in Dubai.
Darragh holds an LLB, gaining a first class honours in his final year dissertation.
