Amir advises on all aspects of corporate and business law in the UAE. He has extensive experience in all company set up, structuring and administration matters and deals regularly with all federal and municipal government departments in the UAE.

Prior to joining Banks Legal Consultancy, Amir worked for Dubai office of the international law firm Dentons from 2010 to 2015 as a member of the Corporate and Commercial Team.

Amir holds an LLB from Cairo University, Khartoum Branch and was admitted to the Sudanese Bar Association in 1993.
